Jacket Back & Large Design Digitizing

Jacket backs, full fronts and patches, digitized by hand so large designs sew flat and stay sharp.

Large designs carry tens of thousands of stitches. Without careful planning of stitch direction, density and underlay, a big design can pull the fabric, pucker or run far longer on the machine than it needs to.

We plan each large design by hand so it sews in a sensible order with as few trims and colour changes as the artwork allows.

Good for

  • Jacket backs
  • Full fronts on hoodies and sweatshirts
  • Patches
  • Bags and totes
  • Detailed multi-colour artwork

How the price is set
