Cap & Left Chest Logo Digitizing
Logos and names for caps, shirts and sleeves, built by hand for the garment they will sew on.
Small designs are the hardest to get right. On a left chest or a cap front there is no room for wasted stitches: lettering has to stay readable, thin lines have to hold, and the design has to sit flat on the fabric.
Every file is made by hand. We do not use auto-digitizing software, because it cannot judge how small text and fine detail will actually sew.
Good for
- Cap and hat fronts
- Left chest logos on shirts and polos
- Sleeve logos and names
- 3D puff on caps
- Monograms and lettering
Caps need their own file
A cap sews differently from a shirt, so the file needs different settings. Tell us every garment you will use the design on and we will tell you what you need. Often it is one file plus a small change, not two full designs.
3D puff
Raised 3D puff lettering and logos are digitized differently from flat embroidery, so choose 3D puff as the placement when you order and we build the file for foam.
Formats and changes
Every machine format you need is included: DST, PES, JEF, EXP, CND, OFM, VP3, HUS, XXX, EMB, PXF, TBF. If the design does not sew the way you want, send a photo of the sew-out and tell us the problem. We fix it and send it again, free, with no limit.
Real samples
Files we have made, and garments customers sewed from them.

Questions
How much does cap or left chest digitizing cost?
$10 per design. You get the price before we start, and there is no charge per stitch or per format.
How fast will I get my cap file?
A normal logo takes 6–9 hours, so you can usually sew on the same day you order.
Can I use the same file on a cap and a shirt?
Usually not without a change. Caps need different settings, so tell us every garment and we will make sure the file works on each.
