Digitizing is the process of turning your artwork into a stitch file that your embroidery machine can read. At Liam Digitizing this is done by hand. We do not use auto-conversion or auto-digitizing software, because it does not produce the quality you and your customers deserve. Doing it properly takes a digitizer who knows embroidery: breaking the artwork into objects, setting the stitch path and overlaps, and deciding how each shape should be interpreted. We run embroidery machines ourselves, so we know what a good running design feels like and we build files that respect how embroidery actually behaves.

No. Fill in the form with your email address and send it. Everything after that happens by email.

A normal logo takes 6–9 hours. Photos and pet portraits take 1–2 days because of the shading. If your design will take longer, we tell you before we start.

Send us a photo of the sew-out and tell us what is wrong. We fix it and send it again. This is free, there is no limit, and it does not expire.

We send DST, PES, JEF, EXP, CND, OFM, VP3, HUS, XXX, EMB, PXF, TBF. If your machine needs a different one, just ask. There is no extra charge for extra formats.

Anything you have. AI, EPS, PDF and SVG files give the best result, but a clear JPG or PNG works fine. For portraits, a photo is exactly what we need.

Usually yes. A cap sews differently from a shirt, so the file needs different settings. Tell us every garment you will use the design on and we will tell you what you need. Often it is one file plus a small change, not two full designs.

Yes. Your files and the designs we make from them belong to you. We do not sell or reuse them.
